My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are quite good, reasonably sized, and comfortable, with very nice modern furniture and every accessory you could imagine in the spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and fulfilled all my requests, though a bit more smiling would be nice. The location is great, walking distance to various restaurants and bars, but not very central to everything. The dining options didn't work for me for breakfast, but lunch was surprisingly good. The facilities are top-notch, especially the rooftop bar with a small plunge pool.

7.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I had was facing inward, limiting natural light and offering a view of walls, but the window had a covering providing privacy. Despite this, the early morning light was quite bright, waking me up earlier than desired. The service, however, was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and hospitable throughout my stay. The location, while convenient for exploring Madrid on foot, was unfortunately too hot at night and dependent on the metro working. Dining was a bit overpriced considering the offerings, but the facilities provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, though lacking in natural light, were internally facing and ensured privacy with frosted windows.
Service
9.0

Location
8.0
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Madrid on foot, with major attractions within walking distance, albeit dependent on operational metro services.
Dining

The dining options were good but slightly on the pricey side for the offering, considering the broader availability of breakfast options in Madrid.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities provided were functional and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, but the room had some issues with light coming in early in the morning.

Rooms
7.0
Our room was directly under the rooftop bar, which caused some light to wake us up early. The view was not great as it faced the building's interior without proper curtain coverage.
Service
8.0
The staff members were all friendly and helpful whenever we interacted with them. However, there was no offer of a welcome cocktail.
Location

The hotel's location is perfect, next to Parque el Retiro and a short walk from La Gran Via. It was very convenient for exploring the city.
Dining

The dining experience was good with a decent variety of options. However, it seemed a bit pricey for what was offered.

6.6/10

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close enough to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. The room, despite lacking natural light, was cool and of a normal size. The service was a mixed bag with initially grumpy staff but helpful once requests were made. The location is ideal if you enjoy a peaceful setting and don't mind using public transport. The dining experience was mediocre, with overpriced breakfast options. Facilities are basic but efficient.

I loved the hotel's breathtaking view of Madrid and El Retiro park from the rooms. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was just what I needed, but the room felt a bit small. Being directly under the rooftop bar added a cool touch to the stay.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms had a wonderful view of the city of Madrid and El Retiro park, a decent size with big windows to the yard, a really comfy bed, and a good bathroom.
Service
6.0
I found the service very nice and kind in the lobby bar and reception, but unfortunately, some staff members seemed too busy to assist and were a bit rude.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly located at the side of El Retiro Park, near many other attractions and places of interest within walking distance. It's in the lovely Barrio de Salamanca, making it a great spot to explore the sunny city of Madrid.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was not disappointing, with delicious options, although I wished there were more healthy choices. It was nice to have breakfast options available in Madrid.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good, offering various services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, but lacked some refinement for a higher rating.
